Ballantine’s launches it latest campaign “Plan B Battle on Tour 2012”, pampering music fans by putting four of the country’s favourite bands and artists – Boy Peacemaker, Pop Calories Blah Blah, Stamp, and Scrubb – in teams and making them go up against each other in a musical fight. The “battles” are taking place at fashionable music venues around the country and promise night owls some surprising and stunning live performances.
The concerts started at the press conference held at Lizm on Ratchadaphisek with Boy Peacemaker singing his classic slow songs before revving up the audience with his non-stop fast tracks, including the luk thung hit “Khan Hoo” with Pop Calories Blah Blah. Then it was Pop’s turn to perform his best-known tracks. Finally, Boy and Pop came on stage together and battled it out for supremacy in the fast tracks. The crowd screamed and cheered with delight.
Later in the evening, Stamp emerged on stage with his new gangster look and challenged Ball Torpong and Mueay Thawachpon of the duo Scrubb to a music battle. After taking turns to perform their hits, they impressed fans with renditions of “Man Kong Pen Khwam Lup”, “Plur”, and “Khae Dai Phop Ther”.
