At the 2024 CDI Sint-Truiden in Belgium on April 5, 2024, Patty and her horse ‘WallStreet JV’ competed in the CDI3* Grand Prix class for the first time, scoring a satisfactory score of 65.6%, ranking at 11th place. This gave Patty the qualifications to move up to compete in the higher divisions, such as the CDI4*, CDI5* and CDI-W, in other competitions all around the world.
Patty continued her outstanding performance since 2023, placing first two times in the Intermediate 1 Freestyle to Music category in Wellington, Florida, USA in February and coming in second place in the Medium Tour class in Hungary last May. She was the first Thai rider in history to achieve first place at a CDI1* event.
"Patty" Suphajit Vuntanadit spent a year in training to prepare herself to move up to compete in the Grand Prix. She received guidance and was trained with her elder sister Pam-Suphakamol, the first dressage rider from Thailand who has competed in Grand Prix CDI5* which is the world’s top level, and Mr Sergio Garcia Bermejo, a Spanish dressage rider who is currently qualifying to represent the Spanish team for the Paris Olympics with Quadroneur, a horse that has competed with and is owned by "Pam".
Two rising stars, Pam-Patty Vuntanadit, have trained intensively and competed in European countries continuously for over 9 years. They were also the first Thai dressage riders to compete in Florida, USA. Currently, they are training at a private stable in Belgium.
They plan to compete in the next show early this May.
