A crabby good time
Fans of crabs are in for a real treat this month as Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel’s all-day dining venue Flavors presents The Ultimate Crab Feast.
An impressive array of fresh crab delicacies including Atlantic brown crabs, Alaskan snow crabs, Giant Mud crabs and Blue swimmer crabs can be enjoyed every weekend until the end of August, either on ice with sauce and condiments or cooked in a variety of ways. The dishes include clay pot crabs with glass noodles, stir-fried yellow curry crabs, Cacciucco (Tuscan crab and seafood stew) and Cher Yam Tian (Singapore-style chili crab with sweet and savoury sauce).
A premium selection of seafood specialities joins the crabs on the buffet line.
“The Ultimate Crab Feast” is priced at Bt2,100-plus and available for dinner every Friday and Saturday.
