Music to celebrate Royal birthday

Members of the International Choir Festival, Siam Sinfonietta, Siam Philharmonic and soloists will join together to celebrate the birthday of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn with a performance of Mozart’s “Coronation Mass” on July 26 at 8pm at the main hall of Thailand Cultural Centre.

Among the participating soloists are Stacey Tappan, Jak Cholvijarn, Camp Asawa, Jak Cholvojarn, Pop Chaiporn, and Damian Whiteley. Conducted by Somtow Sucharitkul and Trisdee na Patalung, the programme features the overture “Die Meistersinger”, love songs composed by HM the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, music from Suriyothai Ballet Suite, Mozart’s “Coronation Mass” plus a preview of Siam Sinfonietta's upcoming Asean tour.
