The aromatic scent of truffles is subtle and unique and every chef waits impatiently for the season to come round so they are include these wonders of nature in their creations.

Now the time has come and Fei Ya at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel, one of Asia’s finest restaurants offering innovative Cantonese cuisine with a twist, is all set to introduce its truffle menu starting from July 1.
Master chef Leung Shing Hoi will tantalise the taste buds with such dishes as Braised assorted mushrooms with oyster sauce and freshly shaved truffles and Black Truffles Fried Rice.
With each of the appetising dishes prepared under the watchful eyes of an experienced Chinese culinary team, Fei Ya is offering a wide a la carte menu and a delectable dim sum selection.
 Available throughout July and August, Fei Ya’s Special Truffle Menu is served daily for lunch and dinner. Prices start from Bt600-plus. Book a table at (02) 125 5000.
