The Exchange restaurant at Radisson Blu Hua Hin marks the arrival of summer with a special selection of favourite Thai delicacies that include the purple rice dumplings stuffed with minced pork called Chor Mueang, Moo Sarong made from deep-fried minced pork wrapped with egg noodles and served with spicy chili paste, and Kratong Thong, a crispy golden cup filled with chicken, prawn or vegetables.

Other hot season offerings are Yum Som O, spicy and sour pomelo salad mixed with grilled prawn and chicken and Mussaman Nua, cooked with beef tenderloin, potato, red onion and cashew nut in a curry sauce.

There’s also the perennial Thai favourite, mango with sticky rice and coconut milk, as well as a Snow Cone with coloured sweet syrup and Khao Chae, steamed rice in scented jasmine water served with several kinds of condiments.

The restaurant also has a Double C promotion offering layered Mango and Young Coconut cake paired with a choice of your favourite coffee for Bt200.
