This will be no bad thing for the Democrats. With the new “democratic” system of voting proposed in the constitution, the Democrats need to have four factions to secure the number of seats they had in the previous parliament or five to take over government.
Pheu Thai does not have the same problem as its allies can slide back into their old habits and get down to business as in 2004 and 2010. Of course, if the Democrats carry out the policy above, there will be cries of foul play.
