Killjoy whingers nothing but nationalistic zealots

The latest shrill, banshee-toned and highly coordinated campaign against well-known figures by the usual band of whingers is indicative of a disturbing trend of constant attacks on anyone who is at variance with this ultra-nationalist band of zealots.
This dreary cabal of killjoys seeks to hound everyone into a joyless drone-like existence. They wish to have the entire population behave as dutiful zombies.
We even have on-message academics screaming conspiracies and whipping witch-hunts by bleating to ministers. This is the 21st century. In a democracy we should have freedom of speech, behaviour, assembly, etc. It would appear that leading academics and opinion formers find this unacceptable and want their idea of “acceptable behaviour” to be rammed down the throats of a compliant subjugated populace.
