So when photos appeared in the social media over the weekend of Deputy Transport Minister Kittisak Hatthasongkroh’s name printed on bags being filled with donated goods, folks were suspicious.
Volunteers packing flood-relief packages at Don Muang Airport took the photos that sparked fury. It looked as though Kittisak was claiming credit for what was going into the bags.
It turned out that the bags were being filled with sand and Kittisak might actually have provided the bags, at least. But by the time things were clarified, the damage had been done.
