The co-founder of Namarak Hospital in Bangkok, Assoc Prof Dr Youwanush Kongdan, revealed on Sunday that the hospital had received a telephone call from a government agency, urging her to contact them and also delete the hospitals Facebook post about temporary suspension of the Covid-19 vaccination drive.

In a Facebook post on Sunday, Youwanush said she was frustrated about the issue, adding that she was having to waste time instead of working for the people.

Meanwhile, there was a change in Namarak Hospital's Facebook post which stated that people could contact "related government agencies" to know the reasons for the vaccine shortage.

Earlier, the hospital had said that people could contact the "Public Health Minister" to find out the reasons for the shortage of vaccines.
