Million more Sinovac doses arrive in Thailand
Another one million doses of the Sinovac Covid-19 vaccine landed in Thailand on Thursday, bringing the total number of doses bought from China to 7.5 million.
The Chinese biopharmaceutical company, Sinovac Biotech, has allocated more than 600 million doses of its Covid-19 vaccine to more than 40 countries. The World Health Organisation last week approved the Sinovac vaccine for use among the general public.
So far, more than 430 million doses of the Sinovac jab have been administered across the world.
