Time to watch Irrawaddy dolphins cavorting in Chachaoengsao

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is urging people to visit Chachaoengsao this month so they can catch sight of Irrawaddy dolphins frolicking in the Bang Pakong basin.

In a Facebook post on Monday, TAT said the dolphins usually show up on the eastern side of the Gulf of Thailand between January and February every year.

The post also urged people to experience nature and local people’s way of life.
