Finance Minister Uttama awaits test result after police guard contracted Covid-19

Result of the test has yet to come out while Uttama will go into self-quarantine for 14 days, said Thanakorn Wangboonkongchan, the minister's secretary. 
Uttama was concerned when a policeman accompanying him developed fever and cough, the polic guard  contracted Covid-19.  
The policeman was said to have dinner with some officers from the Thong Lo police station last Wednesday at a restaurant in the area.
Health Officials will tonight sanitise buildings of the Finance Ministry as well as surrounding properties as a precaution against the possibility of virus infection in the ministry's headquarters on Soi Aree, Rama Six Road.
