The strong easterly winds over the Gulf and the South bring more rains and isolated thundershowers in the South. Stronger winds will be observed in the lower south from Nakhon Si Thammarat passing south with waves 2-3 metres high. All ships have been advised to proceed with caution and small boats have been urged to stay ashore until February 12.

Northern region: Cool to cold weather with isolated rains in some areas; temperature lows of 15-20°C and highs of 31-33°C; temperature likely to drop to 7-12°C on hilltops.
Northeastern region: Cool to cold weather; temperature lows of 14-19°C, highs of 27-32°C. Temperature likely to drop to 10-15°C on hilltops.
Central region: Cool weather in the morning; temperature lows of 20-21°C, highs of 32-35°C.
Eastern region: Partly cloudy with isolated rains in some areas; lows 19-23 degrees, highs 32-35 degree Celsius; waves 1-2 metres high.
Southern region (east coast): Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 30 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 21-24°C, highs of 27-33°C; waves 1-2 metres high, increasing to 2-3 metres during thundershowers.
Southern region (west coast): Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 10 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 21-25°C, highs of 32-33 degrees°C; waves 1-2 metres high.
Bangkok and surrounding areas: Fog in the morning with isolated rains in some areas, temperature lows of 23-25°C, highs of 32-34°C.
