Songkhla’s naval officers clean beach to honour King
The Songkhla-based Naval Area 2 cleaned up the Chalathat Beach in Songkhla on Thursday to honour His Majesty the King on the occasion of his birthday anniversary which falls on July 28.
Vice Adm Chutinathorn Thattanon, commander of the Naval Area 2, led naval officers and their spouses to clean up the Chalathat Beach at Samira Cape as part of the royal “We Do Things With Good Heart” voluntary project to make merit for the King.
Before the clean-up operation, the Naval Area 2 commander led the officers and their spouses to pay respect to the King’s portrait and they also sang the royal anthem in honour of the King.
