This is not the first time Phuket has faced this problem. 
On Sturday&rsquo;s social media post showed a European tourist horrified that they might be swimming in water near smelly, contaminated wastewater. 
Similar instances have been reported in the past from Krabi on Ao Nang, and from Surin Beach, Kamala Beach, Bang Tao and Karon in Phuket.&nbsp;
