Police seize drugs, arrest two men in Bueng Kan
Two men were arrested in Bueng Kan Monday morning while allegedly trying to traffic 35,697 methamphetamine pills from the province to Khon Kaen.
Acting on a tip-off, police arrested the two men at the district bus terminal in Bueng Kan’s Bung Khla district at 7 am.
The two were identified as Phubodi Chanpho, 23, and Chonlathon Thawet, also 23. Both came from Khon Kaen.
The two said they were hired by a man they knew only as Jae to take the drug from Bung Khla to Khon Kaen. They said a man delivered the drug to them at a resort in the district.
