VDO: Thai oil ship battles Pabuk off southern Vietnam

A Thai ship carrying palm oil has been battling with Tropical Storm Pabuk off the coast of southern Vietnam.

A video on Peerayut Koombunsong’s Facebook page showed the rough seas the Taree Rattana faced while carrying palm oil from Malaysia to Vietnam.
