Baby abandoned at Phra Khanong market

Vendors arriving to open their stalls found the baby left on a table in front of a clothes shop and alerted the Poh Teck Tung Foundation, who sent rescuers to collect him
He appeared to be about one month old and a plastic bag with baby napkins, clothes and a milk bottle were found beside him.
The baby was taken to the Kluay Nam Thai 1 Hospital for a check-up and the Klong Tan police were alerted.
