Myanmar worker seeks help after surgical wound bursts exposing his colon

Ahmew, 46, was in pain with his hands holding his wound from previous surgery, exposing part of his colon.
Police called for emergency help and medics cleaned his wound and rushed him to Mae Sot Hospital.
He said he had worked in Kanchanaburi but had been laid off after he received surgery to his abdomen. Without a job, he walked to beg for food from villagers in Mae Sot until his wound burst, he said.
