Kwan Phayao Lake was covered with fog Monday morning, much to the delight of tourists who took full advantage of the cool 15 Celsius degree to don their winter woollies.

Tourists who visited the lake in the morning enjoyed taking selfie shots with the lake hidden by mist in the background.

The mist was caused by the meeting of the warm water with cooler temperatures.
The cold weather also prompted many local residents to leave their homes and jog around the lake.
