Court orders GLO to pay Loxley Bt1 billion
The Administrative Court of Thailand ruled on Thursday that the Government Lottery Office (GLO) should pay compensation of Bt945.6 million plus 7.5 per cent interest per annum beginning in 2011 to Loxley GTECH Technology, a joint venture between Loxley Plc and IGT Global Solutions Corporation.
Loxley GTECH demanded compensation after the GLO cancelled the contract to provide the lottery game service system signed in 2005.
