A teenager was arrested on Tuesday night shortly after he allegedly robbed a Tesco Lotus Express shop in Bangkok’s Prawet district.

The unidentified 17-year-old was arrested near the Prawet intersection on Chalerm Phrakiart Road about 15 minutes after he robbed the shop at the front of Soi Chalerm Phrakiart 72 at 11pm, police say.
Police found Bt2,030 in cash, a pair of sunglasses, and two bags in his possession.
