2 pilots dead in helicopter collision in Seoul

Seoul (dpa) - Two pilots were reported dead Saturday after their helicopter's propellors grazed the outside a 38-story high-rise in downtown Seoul, reported local fire officials.

Multiple flats in the building, in Seoul's high-end Gangnam district, were also damaged. However, no injuries were reported in the building.
The civilian helicopter crashed to the ground after the collision.
Fire company experts say they believe poor visibility led the pilots, the helicopter's sole occupants, to lose their orientation.
South Korean TV reported that the helicopter was on its way to pick up an employee from LG Electronics at a nearby helipad.
