Royal Thai Navy organises sea tour for children
The Royal Thai Navy will join celebrations for Children's Day by organising the Sattahip Sea tour on HTMS Chakri Naruebet for more than 1,000 children and families this Friday.
The tour will be conducted one day before Children’s Day, which falls on Saturday, as the aircraft carrier will be docked at the Sattahip Naval Base in Chon Buri to welcome the young visitors.
The children will be taken to view seven islands and witness spectacular aerobatic displays.
Captain Anirut Sawatdee, executive officer of HTMS Chakri Naruebe, said the Royal Thai Navy wished to invite the children and their families to experience the power of the aircraft carrier and learn about the Navy’s activities and work at the Sattahip Naval Base in Chon Buri and at UTapao Airport in Rayong province.
