<p>The 66-year-old monarch, dressed in a bejewelled golden robe, was handed the Crown of Victory that weighs 7.3 kilograms, which he placed on his head. HM the King then issued his First Royal Command: &ldquo;I shall continue to protect, develop and reign with righteousness for the benefit and happiness of the people.&rdquo;</p>
