AP Thailand launches ‘Life Asoke

AP (Thailand) in collaboration with its Japanese partner, Mitsubishi Estate Group (MEC), is launching “Life Asoke – Rama 9”, a mega-condominium project to end the year. Condo unit prices start at Bt2.45 million (Bt98,000 per square metre).

Initial sales will take place online at AP-iBooking via the website apthai.com on November 8 with official pre-sale dates scheduled for November 11-12 at Life Asoke – Rama 9 Sales Gallery.
Located on an 8-rai plot of land, the Bt9-billion project will be a high-rise condominium building comprising two towers (Tower A with 42 storeys and Tower B with 46 storeys). A total of 2,248 units are on offer with functional areas ranging from studio (25-27.5 square metres); one bedroom (32sqm); one bedroom plus (35-40 sqm); and two bedrooms (45-58sqm).
