Dhannawat Suthumpun, president of the Association of Thai ICT Industry (ATCI), said that these innovations were moving enterprises into the digital world, allowing them to improve and leverage their businesses.
Technology will help businesses support customer behaviour as well as improve competitiveness and efficiency, he said.
Dhannawat said that the association would help local IT companies develop and leverage their human resources, and use IT skill standards to improve their processes and drive policy within the government sector.
The association would also develop activities such as an education ICT forum and a healthcare technology summit, and create domestic and international partnerships to promote and support the ICT industry.
