Vintcom gears for MAI listing
Vintcom Technology, a distributor of Oracle hardware and software, has appointed Advisory Plus as its financial adviser to prepare it to list on the Market for Alternative Investment.
Vintcom recently collaborated with ICT-product distributor The Value System to set up a joint venture, vServePlus Co, capitalised at Bt40 million, to provide information and communications technology services in local and international markets, said Vintcom chairman Narong Intanate.
Vintcom owns 51 per cent of the JV, and The Value 49 per cent.
The JV is expected to post Bt700 million in revenue within three years, he added.
Vintcom managing director Songsri Srirungroungjit said the company was in in the process of making a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission to list in the MAI. The establishment of the JV will enhance Vintcom’s business, she said.
She added that Vintcom expected Bt2 billion in revenue within three years, compared with the Bt1.2 billion projected for this year.
Maprao wins honour
Coco Nuts Ltd says its flagship product, Maprao coconut water, has been selected as Asia’s Best New Natural/Organic Beverage of 2016 by popular vote and Natural & Organics Products Asia. The healthy and convenient beverage received great feedback and accolades at the recent NOPA 2016 Exhibition in Hong Kong, the company said.
Maprao is a new, certified organic, bottled coconut water, which recently launched in Thailand.
