A two motorcyclists robbed a 7-Eleven shop in Bangkok’s Bang Sue district early on Tuesday and made off with Bt70,000 in cash.

The Prachachuen police station was alerted at 4.25am of the robbery at the convenience store on the Pibul Songkram road.
Staff members Danupol Emminom, 22, and Wanisa Yodwithi, 21, told police that two men pulled up on a motorcycle. One of them pointed a gun at the workers and the other told them to stand together at the counter. They were then forced to open the money drawer, they told police.
The two staff said the robber with the gun grabbed the cash, which was about Bt70,000, and the duo fled on their bike.
Police said the robbers hid their faces with a full-sized helmet.
