Green turtle found dead on Bang Saen beach
A green turtle was found dead on Bang Saen beach in Chon Buri's Muang district on Monday night.
Pornsiri Thongwichian, an official of the Tambon Saen Suk Municipality, said the turtle’s carcass was washed up on the beach near the Bang Saen Roundabout.
He said the turtle was about 10 years old and had died about a week ago.
The turtle had no signs of injury. The carcass was take by the Marine and Coastal Resources Management Office Zone 2 for an autopsy.
