Malin stood out in the final round of five with her answer to the question: "If you have a chance to tell Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin about Thai soft power promotion, which soft power will you choose and why?"

"I want to tell the Thai government that our soft power this year is Miss Grand because it is an international contest and we do not have to force the other 80 contestants to learn the Thai language or traditions," she said.

"Another thing is all sponsors of the contest will know Thai products, especially gourami fish chilli paste, which is the best seller every year,” she added.
